Specific Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with any other terms and conditions specific to your purchase and, in the event of any contradiction between these General Terms and Conditions and the specific terms and conditions relating to your purchase, the latter shall prevail.

The following terms are subject to alteration by the company without any further notice prior to your purchase. See Alterations clause.

Default Terms of Sales

Payments

The following terms are applied unless otherwise agreed in writing by Absi Co:

• 60% upon order, the balance has to be paid prior to pickup.

• We accept payment by bank transfer or in our showroom: cash or cheque (subject to approval).

Warranty

Our items are warranted when they are delivered to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and also guaranteed against major color change of material for one year. Please refer to your quotation for specific warranty given for your purchased items.

Validity

Our quotations are usually valid for fifteen days, please refer to your quotation for validity.

Returns

Upon receipt of your order if any item is damaged, faulty or does not match the specifications in your quotation and/or the approved proof artwork when applicable, you (the original purchaser) must notify our customer service and get “Return Authorization Email” within 48 hours of your receipt that enable you to return the item. The returned item must be new, unused and not broken on purpose or due to negligence. Your item will be replaced, repaired or amended as soon as possible.

Delivery Time and Express Service

Delivery time

Delivery time is clearly indicated in all our quotations. Kindly check delivery time of your requested product(s) in your quotation. Your order will be promptly delivered. Delivery time is based on our production lead time.

Production lead time

Is the period between receipt of artwork approval for an order and until when it is available for packing or shipment. For personalized or custom-made products it varies and depends on the type and quantity of your ordered products in addition to the cue of our production line. Expected production lead time for orders having less than 10 items of standard (listed) personalized products is 3 work days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as work days. Some products are ready-made and may be available for immediate delivery.

Express service

Express service requires additional charges. Do not rush your order unless you need to. Express orders will be carried only if it is possible to apply without modifying the cue order of the current production line. (By working overtime.)

Disclaimer

Once your order leaves our premises we have no control on courier and shipping delays. Shipping method is determined by You the customer. No Guarantees on Deliveries Can Be Made. Absi co is not responsible for orders not delivered on time due to shipping delays, or lost during the shipping process.

Prices

Absi Co issues prices through different price lists available throughout medalit.com website and other related sites or distributed as hard copies or any other means.

Absi Co reserves the right to modify prices and specifications without prior notice. See Alterations below.

• The default currency in our price lists is US Dollars USD.

• Listed prices don’t include delivery or freight, they are X-Factory.

• Listed prices are HT, they don’t include any tax. Tax will be added when appropriate.

• Listed prices for products that can be personalized usually include layout and engraving services necessary for personalization (usually every ordered trophy or plaque can carry a unique message and name), they don’t include illustrating (drawing) or design charges, such charges will be added when applicable.

Dimensions and Specifications

Throughout our price lists the metric system has been used to indicate units of measurements:

• Mentioned dimensions are in mm and weights are in grams.

• All mentioned dimensions and weights are approximate. (as some variations can occur during manufacture.)

Alterations

Absi Co reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or cease to supply any product or service contained on their websites. In the event that such removal takes place we shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for such removal.
